Barcelona, July 11-12, 2023 - The 7th project meeting of the EU funded project INTERNISA took place in Barcelona, bringing together partners from spain, Italy, Greece, Tunisia,Palestine, Jordan, and Lebanon represented by the Chamber of Beirut. Director General Rabih Sabra, Director of Projects Hana Nehme Haidar and IT & Communication Manager Dory Abou Saab represented Beirut Chamber in Internisa steering committe meetings.This pivotal gathering centered around finalizing the outputs and deliverables of Work Package 5 (WP5), encompassing Offline Spots, Job Fairs, PR Campaigns, and Workshops. Partners also received up-to-date information on the INTERNISA Platform key indicators.
The first day's agenda featured extensive discussions on scaling up and out, as well as networking efforts and signature of memornadums of understanding as part of Work Package 6 (WP6). Additionally, a presentation and discussion on the recommendation reports for expanding the involvement of policymakers and VET organizations generated valuable insights.
On the second day, sessions focused on the Major Advocacy Event and an analytical presentation and discussion of the INTERNISA Sustainability Plan.
The successful event showcased the dedication of all partners in driving the INTERNISA project forward. Co-funded by the European Union, INTERNISA aims to foster international collaboration and innovation in women digital skills acquisition and access to labor market.
