Beirut Chamber at Internisa 5^th steering committee meeting in Athens

 

Organized by Action Aid Hellenic, The EU funded project INTERNISA 5^th Steering Committee meeting took place in Athens, Greece on 3 and 4 November 2022.  The meetings were attended by all partners from Spain, Italy, Greece, Jordan, Palestine, Tunisia and Lebanon represented by Beirut Chamber.

Partner’s discussions tackled the progress status of diversified working packages, namely the pilot projects that aim to facilitate the integration of digitalized young women in the labor market. These pilot activities encompass the setup of offline spots, Internisa job digital job matching platform and the job fair to be organized by all partners’ countries. Beirut Chamber delegation included Director General Mr. Rabih Sabra, head of development projects Mrs. Hana Nehme, IT and communication manager Mr. Dory Abou Saab, and financial manager Mr. Fady Sabeh. The Chamber presented the diversified achieved pilot outputs namely the inauguration of Women Digital Center at the Chamber headquarters to support Lebanese women job seekers, and the women job fair that will take place in Beirut on 16 and 17 November 2022. The two days meetings were concluded with the visit to Action Aid Hellenic premises where AAH team introduced the center activities in supporting underprivileged women.
