Sheempower Project -Training Needs Assessment Survey

SheEmpower is a transnational cooperation project funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme. The initiative aims to strengthen the competitiveness of women led businesses across the Mediterranean, addressing persistent barriers such as limited visibility, lack of digital and entrepreneurial skills, and restricted access to finance, networks, and international markets. Through tailored training, mentorship, innovation support, digital transformation, and cross border cooperation, SheEmpower seeks to promote inclusive economic growth and job creation in the region 

The project has a total budget of €2,747,000, of which 89% (€2,444,830) is co funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme. 

As part of Activity 3.1.1 - Updated Training Needs Assessment, this survey aims to identify the specific training needs, skill gaps, and learning preferences of women entrepreneurs in the participating countries. Your responses will play a key role in shaping the design of the SheEmpower training programme, ensuring it reflects real needs and supports the development of competitive, innovative, and sustainable women led businesses across the Mediterranean.
