Celebrating Lebanese Women in STEM at Beirut Chamber

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the workshop provided a dynamic platform for female executives to share their success stories and challenges in STEM industries. Hana Nehme, Director of HR, welcomed attendees and highlighted the chamber’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and gender parity through various EU and WB IFC initiatives and projects. Experts Viviane Nakhle and Carole Assaf facilitated discussions on the obstacles Lebanese women face, the support needed for career advancement, and emerging opportunities in the field. The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations summarizing key insights which will be shared through the chamber’s newsletter to guide future initiatives supporting Lebanese women.
