Employers Survey - Skills gaps and needs

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut & Mount Lebanon in collaboration with the Task Force members[i] and the Lebanese regional Chambers (CCIAZ, CCIAS, CCIAT) invite you to take part in this Employers Survey.

The objective of the survey is to understand the demand and supply conditions of the workforce in order to provide the proper training, aiming to cover the skills gap of our employees.  This is of the utmost importance given the current situation, which creates many difficulties for the economy and the private sector in particular.

Your participation and information provided are of utmost importance in improving the quality of the labour force in Lebanon for the benefit of your enterprise.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: “The collected information in this study is for publishing aggregated tables. Your response will be compiled with other responses and then analysed as a group. Individual information will remain confidential.”

[i] This survey builds on two previous rounds of piloting and the methodology developed by the Task Force, including the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the National Employment Office, the Association of Lebanese Industrialists and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut & Mount Lebanon.
