The objective of the seminar is to engage the Diaspora in economic development through sharing know-how and experiences and benefiting for an international benchmark of inspiring economic diaspora mobilisation initiatives by creating links between economic diaspora and countries.
Mr. Hady El Assaad, MedGeneration Project Manager at the CCIABML welcomed the participants from organizations in Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine and others from the European and Mediterranean countries and presented the project in brief.
Ms. Manal Tabet, the Technical Director at ANIMA, highlighted the context of the MedAcademy and its goal for presenting international benchmarks of inspiring initiatives.
The two days seminar will focus on exchanging experiences and networking through working sessions by raising awareness on best practices in the local strategies and will end up by providing key stakeholders the design and technical support needed for the hosting and guidance of Diaspora investors.
